Structure:
The
rescue course is run over 2 weekends. On the first day we do the EFR course
and follow on the
Sunday with the rescue theory and pool practise in the afternoon. The
following weekend we got to open water and once again practice skills
on the Saturday. Then, on the Sunday, you will be required to work as a
team responding to a variety of scenarios in open water.

Step: After
the Rescue course you can complete a number of different specialities
or go on to do your PADI Divemaster course.
